The Centro Congressi Excelsior features a central location in Chianciano Terme, adjacent to Piazza Italia, the city’s main square. The property is just a few minutes from the Chianciano thermal spa complex, which includes a Sensory Spa, Theia Thermal Pools, the Sillene Baths and Santa and Fucoli Acqua Parks.
How to reach us
By train
Get off at the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station, along the Florence – Rome line. From the station, take a taxi or bus (Montepulciano line – see www.lfi.it) and get off at Via Roma / corner of Piazza Italia (duration: 30 minutes). The bus timetables coincide with the arrival of major trains.
By car
Take the Autostrada del Sole (A1) along the Rome-Florence section, take exit no. 29 Chiusi-Chianciano Terme, then take the SP 146 road towards Chianciano Terme (14 km). Once in Chianciano, exit the SP 146, take Via Roma and keep going until Piazza Italia.
By plane
The nearest airports are those of Florence (120 km), Pisa (200 km), Rome (210 km) and Perugia “Sant’Egidio” (80 km). Reach the nearest train station along the Florence-Rome line to get to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. From here, continue as in “By train”.
